With more than 25 years of banking experience, Brian has built his career around helping businesses grow through personalized financial solutions, strategic guidance, and long-term relationships. His focus extends beyond traditional banking—he is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering accountability and collaboration, and ensuring Extraco Banks remains a trusted partner throughout the communities we serve.
What makes Brian's approach unique is his firsthand experience on both sides of the table. During a break from banking, he served as CFO and later President & COO of Local Favorite Restaurant Group, where he oversaw financial strategy, operations, and brand development for well-known Texas restaurant brands, including El Fenix, Snuffer's, Meso Maya, La Ventana, and Village Burger Bar. This experience gave him a deeper understanding of the challenges business owners face every day—from managing cash flow and growth opportunities to navigating operational decisions.
Today, Brian uses that perspective to better support clients across North Texas. Whether helping a business secure working capital, finance commercial real estate, purchase equipment, or fund expansion plans, he approaches every conversation with an operator's mindset and a commitment to finding practical solutions. His expertise spans commercial lending, commercial real estate, construction financing, investment properties, professional and executive lending, agricultural lending, and more.
Brian's dedication to the community extends beyond banking. In May 2026, he completed his third and final term on the Frisco City Council, where he helped champion responsible growth, fiscal stewardship and a strong local economy. His public service reflects the same values he brings to Extraco Banks every day: leadership, accountability and a commitment to helping communities thrive.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, Brian also earned both an MBA and an MS in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. His blend of financial expertise, business leadership and community involvement makes him a valuable resource for clients seeking a trusted banking partner.
